Back in March, I decided to make a few lifestyle changes. I joined a gym and started watching what I ate. I joined Victory Fitness Center and started working with a trainer twice a week. With the aide of Kristina (my trainer) and supportive friends, I've been able to lose almost 20lbs! Last Sunday, I decided to step up my game and cut out all processed food for 2 weeks. I started Buzzfeed's Clean Eating Challenge and have found fabulous new foods and recipes that I will be using well after this is over.
I know I'm not a writer by any means, but I've decided to start a blog to document this lifestyle change. I'm not gonna make every post about food or working out, but I plan on using this space to express myself. Hope you enjoy!
